Our Commitment
We want every visitor to our website, regardless of ability, to find the information they need and connect with our office without frustration. That includes patients who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technology. Building an accessible website is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and we take that responsibility seriously.
This page explains what we aim for, the steps we have already taken, where we still have work to do, and how you can reach us if something on this site does not work the way it should.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our benchmark. These guidelines are the widely recognized standard for making web content usable by people with a range of vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive needs. We review our site against these guidelines and correct issues as we identify them, whether through internal review or feedback from a visitor.
Making a dental practice website accessible involves attention to the underlying code as well as the visible design. Here is what we have built into this site so far:
No website is perfect, and we would rather tell you where the gaps are than pretend they do not exist. Some older content, embedded third-party tools (such as insurance verification widgets or scheduling calendars provided by outside vendors), or PDF documents may not fully meet Level AA standards yet. We are working through these items as we update the site, and we prioritize fixes that affect the most commonly used pages first.
If you come across a page, form, or document that is hard to use, please let us know. Your report helps us fix the problem faster than we would catch it on our own.
If any part of this website is difficult to use with your assistive technology, or if you need help scheduling an appointment because of an accessibility barrier, please contact our office directly. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer an alternative way to get you the information or service you need in the meantime.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback promptly and to correct genuine barriers as quickly as our schedule allows. This statement was last reviewed recently and will continue to be updated as we improve the site.
